Features
- Our mining dump trucks can accommodate loading equipment like 1250 excavators, from both the side and rear of the dump truck.
- With a “raised rear + long overhang” dump body design, our mining dump trucks can discharge over a 1000mm high retaining wall with thorough unloading, with no need of a loader to push material. They also allow large materials to unload without jamming, enhancing unloading safety.
- With a broader range of equipment compatibility, our mining dump trucks can match with 7-10m³ excavators or electric shovels, filling the truck with 4-6 bucket, achieving optimal loading efficiency. Additionally, our dump trucks can withstand a loading impact mass of 20t/bucket.
Configurations
1 Mining truck cab
In addition to high reliability and excellent ergonomic performance, the rigid frame structure is designed with double doors, making it safe and convenient for operation.
2 Fully hydraulic steering gear
The fully hydraulic steering gear can output a large steering torque, enabling easy operation and high reliability.
3 Engine
Off-road mining engine is professionally adjusted for off-road conditions, with strong power, low fuel consumption and high reliability.
4 Manual transmission
The mining transmission with single box and dual intermediate shaft, jointly developed by Tonly and FAST, is added with a forced lubrication device, presenting strong torque transmission capacity and high reliability. The optional integrated hydraulic retarder can reduce the consumption of brake shoes and improve the safety of the vehicle.
5 Rigid frame
The frame is a welded casting structure, and the key stress-bearing parts are made of castings, which can meet the requirements of 10m³ electric shovel loading, with extra-high loading capacity, excellent resistance to loading impact, high reliability, and a service life of more than 8 years.
6 Dustpan dump body
The dustpan dump body can be loaded with 10m³ electric shovel and realize smoother loading and more thorough unloading. It can also be discharged to 1,000mm high retaining wall without the need of pushing the materials by a loader. Also, it can transport big stones without jamming, making it safer to unload.
7 OTR tire
OTR tire is equipped for different working conditions, with good adaptability to working conditions and long service life.
8 Lifting system
The mining-purpose hydraulic oil cylinder is high in lifting capacity, efficiency, safety and reliability.
9 Fully hydro-pneumatic suspension
With high bearing capacity and good comfort, the fully hydro-pneumatic suspension is professionally tuned to meet the load-bearing capacity when fully loaded while ensuring comfort when unloaded.
